ACCOUNT

To create an account, simply click Register on the top left hand side of the homepage. Enter your basic details and click Create Account. You will then receive an email confirmation with your password.
To change your password, log in to your account, and click the Change My Password link on the left hand side of the page.

ORDERING

If you have forgotten your password, simply click the Forgotten Your Password? link at the bottom of the log in screen. The click Reset Your Password and a new password will be emailed to you.
Click Client Log In at the top left hand side of the homepage to log in to your account. You can then browse our products and add items to your basket. When you are ready to place your order click Go to Checkout, on the left hand side of the screen. You will then be asked to enter your invoice and delivery details. Once they have been entered you can then review and confirm your order.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. We will then process the order, and send you an invoice via email. Once your invoice has been received payment may be made by bank transfer to our account (details on your invoice) or by credit card payment over the phone (+44 1454 219445).
There is no minimum order. Having owned a small store ourselves we understand the challenges that retailers face, and we know that not everyone has the space to hold lots of stock. We want to make our customers’ lives easier.

Yes, you can order items that are out of stock. Feel free to place your order either by phone, or through the website, and we will be in touch to let you know when the item will be available.

DELIVERY

All orders over £350 qualify for free delivery (UK mainland only). Orders under £350 will be subject to a 10% delivery charge up to a maximum of £50. For more information please see our Delivery Charges page.
We aim to deliver all in-stock items within 5 working days. However, some items are shipped to order from the US and may take longer. When you place your order we will let you know when you can expect delivery.
