The traditional Aberffraw Biscuit is handmade in North Wales using just three ingredients: rich Welsh butter, flour and sugar. Before being baked the dough is pressed with a unique scallop shell stamp to produce the authentic Aberffraw biscuit look. The result is a premium biscuit which is rich, buttery and crumbly – just what you’d expect from an exceptional shortbread.
